Dessert Ladies

Angela, Julie G., and I made desserts for our friend Mandi's wedding reception this past Saturday (Sept. 5th). Julie made the Oreo balls, Angela made lemon bars/cupcakes, and I made cheesecake bites/cupcakes. Angela and I decorated the cupcakes with suns, palm trees, and flip-flops because Mandi and MJ got married on the beach on April 4th. I have to admit I was a wee bit nervous about how everyone would enjoy the desserts. This was my first time making cheesecake bites. Everything ended up being a HIT!
