8 Months!

Sweet Bryn is already 8 months! As always, we love her to pieces and can't get enough of her. Here is what our little peanut is up to:

~ Weighs 16 lbs 1 oz (10th percentile- we're working on beefing her up)
~ Nurses 5-6 times a day
~ Eats baby food 3 times a day
~ Typically refuses to drink from a bottle
~ Takes about 3 naps a day
~ Wears size 3 diapers
~ Is in 6-9 month clothes
~ Sits independently
~ Gets on all fours and rocks, rocks, rocks (she's working on crawling)
~ Has 1 tooth on the bottom...super cute
~ Absolutely ADORES her big sister
~ Is a happy girl

6 Month Photo Shoot: Part 1

We've been anxiously awaiting the pics from Bryn's 6 month photo shoot and received them this morning. We're so excited to share with you. Didn't get as many good family shots as I had hoped but oh well. The girls are stinkin' cute and that's all that matters. :)

Adventure to MN

The girls and I were missing our family in MN so we decided to take a "girls only" trip this past weekend for an extended visit. Steve stayed back in hopes of painting the walls and sealing the floor in the garage of our new house but that fell through...(big bummer!) We drown up to IA Thursday evening and stayed with Steve parents. Then we headed to Prior Lake the next morning and stayed until Monday morning. Lots of family time around dinner, sprinklers, walks, parks, and playing. We loved every stinkin' second!

Love Me Some Sister

Here are a few phone shots I took of the girls last night. Bryn is IN-LOVE with Emry, even when tortured. She constantly giggles when Emry interacts with her. We love watching their relationship blossom. Nothing like sister love!
